For Hong Kong:
- Free Delivery by GOGOVAN / LALAMOVE /SF Express
For Outside Hong Kong
- - Free International Delivery by SF Express / DHL / Fedex / Speedpost
Where do you deliver?
We offer international shipping including Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, United States etc.
How long will delivery take?
When orders are received, customers will be contacted within 3 working days to schedule a delivery date. Customers will receive their orders on a first come first serve basis.
In the event that our product is out of stock, the information on our website will supersede the information above. Please visit www.iseekaraoke.com for the latest and accurate delivery information.
Has my order been delivered out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
I received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via email at hello@iseekaraoke.com along with your order number and We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 11am - 6pm (UTC+8).
An item is missing from my order.
Send an email to hello@iseekaraoke.com with your order number. We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 11am - 6pm (UTC+8) and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP.
The item I received is faulty!
We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order number and send to hello@iseekaraoke.com. We will reply to your enquiry the following day between 11am - 6pm (UTC+8) and arrange exchange if necessary.

Servicing via postage your items to our Service Point, postage fee is not included.

Returns and Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging. Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt.
For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at hello@iseekaraoke.com by quoting the order number and product details, we will reply to your enquiry the following day between 11am - 6pm (UTC+8). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the conditions above are met.
Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
Warranty
ISEE Karaoke is covered with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase as shown on your purchase receipt. Please provide the purchase receipt with you when making a warranty/servicing claim. For internet orders, please refer to your registered email address.When is ISEE Karaoke not covered under our Limited Warranty?
- Physical exterior damage to the plastic & metal shell, but with no associated loss of product functionality; cosmetic-damage.
- Physical exterior damage to the plastic & metal shell, and with loss of product functionality; human-damage.
- Physical damage to the interface ports, but with no associated loss of product functionality; cosmetic-damage.
- Physical damage to the interface ports, and with loss of product functionality; standard port wear-and-tear.
- Product malfunctions have been due to out-of-date software; please keep your ISEE Karaoke software up-to-date.
When is ISEE Karaoke covered under our Limited Warranty?
- No visible physical exterior damage to the plastic & metal shell, with loss of product functionality; malfunction of internal components.
- No visible physical exterior damage, yet ISEE Karaoke is unable to boot when the correct power supply is attached.
- No visible physical damage to the interface ports, and with loss of interface connectivity; malfunction of interface ports.
- No visible physical exterior damage, connected to the provided power supply, via our provided 12V/5A AC Adapter, connected to ISEE Karaoke’s own stable WiFi network, and updated with the latest software, yet ISEE Karaoke displays errant behaviour such as:
(1) repeated crashes,
(2) unable to play songs,
(3) hangs on a purple screen,
(4) fails to start.
